Trusted by 3 million clients

Hostinger’s client base has surpassed 3 million, and the number of managed domains has reached 5 million. According to Daugirdas Jankus, CEO of Hostinger, one key factor behind this rapid growth is the company’s focus on actual clients’ needs and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into the company’s products to better address them.

“It took 17 years to reach the first million clients, less than three to reach the second, and just over a year to achieve the third. Even at this scale, we regularly talk to our clients, striving to understand them better every day, listening to their needs and suggestions, and delivering better products and services. Both our clients’ feedback and success stories inspire us to keep moving toward even more ambitious goals,” says Daugirdas Jankus.

According to Daugirdas Jankus, the global market is also changing. A global trend where more people are interested in starting their own businesses and seeking greater flexibility and independence is becoming more visible. Consequently, the number of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs, and small businesses worldwide continues to grow steadily. The development of AI, allowing to start online journeys easier, will undoubtedly accelerate this growth even further.

Hostinger’s chat assistant resolves nearly 5,000 client inquiries daily and communicates with clients in 50 languages, with an average response time of just 20 seconds.
